Clause 1

Introduction and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between each eligible user and the entity responsible for providing the relevant mikey888 service. Users must not:

mikey888 may investigate suspicious activity, suspend affected functions and request further information. Funds linked to verified fraud, prohibited conduct or unlawful activity may be withheld or handled according to applicable legal obligations.

Clause 5

Deposits, balances and payment methods

Available payment methods may include Malaysian online banking, DuitNow, FPX, supported e-wallets and approved digital assets. References to Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay describe commonly used payment routes and do not guarantee permanent availability.

The user must review the current mikey888 cashier for minimum and maximum amounts, processing estimates, fees and verification requirements. A displayed range such as RM30 to RM30,000 is indicative unless confirmed during the transaction. Payment delays may arise from bank maintenance, network congestion, incorrect references, account limits or compliance reviews.

Before any eligible balance is returned, mikey888 may complete reasonable identity and payment checks. Dormant accounts may be handled according to notices and rules made available to the user. Clause 11

Service availability and limitation of liability

mikey888 aims to maintain reliable access but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, mikey888 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable services, user device failure, disclosed credential misuse or decisions made on the basis of misunderstood odds or game information. Changes, severability and governing rules

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure by mikey888 to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
